TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. In accordance with the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966, veterinary physiotherapists are required to treat under a referral via a veterinary surgeon. In some cases, a specific referral will be required, which can be discussed at time of booking.

  2. All horses should be clean prior to appointments; mud should be brushed off and hooves picked out where possible.

  3. Any horses presenting with signs of infection will not be treated.

  4. All horses are treated at their owner's risk and the veterinary physiotherapist reserves the right to refuse treatment of your horse at any time.

  5. All personal data will be recorded and securely stored for 7 years in accordance with GDPR legislation.

  6. All payments are to be completed by either cash or bank transfer, at the time of treatment.

  7. Any offers or discounts advertised on the website, social media, email, or other media must be confirmed at the time of booking, and Reform Veterinary Physiotherapy reserves the right to withdraw it at any time.

  8. Please note that we reserve the right to pursue unpaid accounts in any appropriate manner, which may include the use of a debt collection service or civil proceedings. Any additional costs that might ultimately be incurred by Reform Veterinary Physiotherapy, in the process of having to recover outstanding fees, will be added to the balance of your account along with standard rates of interest.

  9. Any cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the appointment to incur no charges. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a full charge.​
