WHAT CONDITIONS CAN PHYSIOTHERAPY HELP WITH?

WHAT TO EXPECT

initial ASSESSMENT

Prior to any successful rehabilitation or performance programme is the initial assessment where the physiotherapist will get an understanding of your horse. They will take a case history, assess them statically and dynamically, and then perform a palpation assessment. From this, they can create the tailored treatment plan.

treatment

Following the initial assessment, it is time to get hands on and begin treatment. Click the link below to find out more about what we offer at Reform Veterinary Physiotherapy.

home exercise plan

A tailored home exercise plan will be created following your initial appointment which will help your horse make continued progress. This will consist of a series of exercises or activities to be completed a few times a week. These can be worked fully around your schedule and the equipment you have, to meet both you and your horse's needs.
